Toronto Sceptres’ Daryl Watts was recognized for her exceptional performance in December as she secured a spot in the PWHL’s starting six this Friday. The accolades highlight the outstanding achievements of the top three forwards, two defenders, and one goaltender based on their on-ice contributions in the preceding month.
Watts showcased her prowess by registering points in five out of seven games in December. Among her four goals scored last month was the crucial game-winning goal in Toronto’s triumph over Montreal last weekend.
Joining Watts in the distinguished lineup are forwards Kendall Coyne Schofield and Britta Curl-Salemme from the Minnesota Frost. The defensive standouts acknowledged were Megan Keller and Haley Winn from the Boston Fleet, while Aerin Frankel, also from Boston Fleet, was lauded as the premier goaltender.
