Through this agreement, ChatGPT will have direct access to the inventory of Shopify merchants. When users seek recommendations from ChatGPT, the chatbot will showcase products from these merchants for immediate purchase. Shopify ensures that this integration will provide a seamless shopping experience, eliminating the need for customers to be redirected to external websites to complete their purchases. All orders generated through ChatGPT will seamlessly integrate into Shopify’s software system.
