Iranian state media has unveiled a series of images showcasing the alleged damage inflicted on US and Israeli-affiliated sites in the Gulf region amid escalating tensions in the Middle East. The images, disseminated by Press TV on social platforms, aim to bolster Tehran’s claim of dominance in the ongoing conflict involving the US and Israel.
The first set of images focuses on the US TPS-75 radar system at Al Dhafra in the UAE. The “before” image displays a fully operational radar installation, while the subsequent “after” image reveals structural damage and disruption, indicating precise targeting.
Another set highlights the Neot Hovav Industrial Zone in Israel, showing an intact industrial complex in the earlier image and damaged infrastructure in the later frame. Visuals from Manama Airport in Bahrain depict a jet fuel storage facility, with the “before” photo showing an undisturbed tank and the “after” image indicating impact-related damage.
Additional images exhibit warehouse equipment at Al Dhafra Airbase, with the “before” image depicting orderly storage and the “after” image suggesting destruction. The Coalition Forces Assembly Point at Bubiyan Island in Kuwait is also featured, showing a functional staging area in the “before” image and scattered debris in the “after” version.
Moreover, visuals of an American aluminum production line in the UAE show an intact facility initially but damaged in the subsequent image. Images from Sheikh Isa Airbase in Bahrain and an American carbon unit in the UAE also depict structural damage postulated to impact operations.
Amid heightened hostilities, Iran recently claimed responsibility for a missile and drone strike on Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, reportedly causing damage to US military assets and personnel injuries. The conflict, ongoing for five weeks, has witnessed multiple strikes, oil route disruptions, and increased US military deployments.
While the veracity of the damage shown in the images remains unconfirmed, their release underscores the escalating information warfare amidst the ongoing military confrontation.
