The video captured members of Varanasi’s boatmen community participating in a floating procession as part of a traditional ritual on April 5. This incident follows the arrest of 14 Muslim individuals in Varanasi last month for holding an Iftar gathering on a boat on the Ganga and consuming chicken biryani.
