“CMF Phone 3 Pro: Rumored Features and Launch Date”

Technology"CMF Phone 3 Pro: Rumored Features and Launch Date"

Nothing’s subsidiary, CMF, is reportedly in the process of developing the CMF Phone 3 Pro, set to be the successor to the CMF Phone 2 Pro released last April. Recent rumors suggest that the Phone 3 Pro might launch by the end of this month or in May, although there has been no official confirmation from the company.

According to a report from Android Headlines, the CMF Phone 3 Pro is anticipated to be equipped with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, a departure from the Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset used in the previous model. The new smartphone is expected to house a battery ranging between 5,400mAh and 5,500mAh, an upgrade from the 5,000mAh battery in the CMF Phone 2 Pro. Additionally, it is likely to support faster charging, with reports suggesting a 45W wired charging capability compared to the 33W charging of its predecessor. Details regarding reverse wired charging on the new model are still unclear.

The CMF Phone 3 Pro is projected to feature an AMOLED display with a resolution of 2392 x 1080, possibly incorporating a punch-hole selfie camera positioned at the top center of the screen.

Reports indicate that the new CMF smartphone will sport a metal frame, diverging from the plastic frame of the CMF Phone 2 Pro, with potential alterations to the rear design while maintaining an overall similar appearance. A hand-drawn illustration of the back panel showcases two vertically aligned camera sensors on the left side and a third camera placed slightly apart, along with a revised positioning of the flashlight.

For comparison, the CMF Phone 2 Pro boasts a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset and up to 8GB of RAM, it features a 5,000mAh battery supporting 33W wired charging and 5W reverse wired charging. The device’s camera setup includes a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 16MP front camera for selfies.
